The PDF files on this website require Adobe Reader version 4 or later. The reader is a free plug-in you can obtain from the Adobe website. Click on the following link to go to the Adobe download web page: www.adobe.com

All PDF files open in a new browser window to avoid losing your place if you accidentally close the window. If you are having trouble viewing a PDF document in your browser, or you would like to have a copy to look at later, you can save the file to your hard disk:

Right-click (Windows) on the link to the PDF file, and then choose "Save Target As" or" "Save Link As" from the pop-up menu, specify a name and location for the PDF file, and then click Save. Make sure the file name has the extension .pdf when you save it.

After that, try loading the document from your hard-drive: Double click (Windows) on the file you have saved. If Adobe Reader has been installed on your computer, it should launch and display the document.

That way, it will display directly from Adobe Reader, without involving your browser (a conflict between Acrobat Reader and your browser may be the source of some of your problems).
